The Anchor depends on readers to keep us informed of what’s happening around the archdiocese. Please let us know if you come across a story that might be of interest to the Catholic community of Southcentral Alaska. We like to hear about news that impacts a Catholic individual, family, parish or community; local Catholics who are living out their faith in outstanding ways; upcoming events that would appeal to parishioners around the archdiocese; programs or ministries or outreach efforts that demonstrate Catholicism in action; or public policy issues that affect, threaten or would be of interest to the Catholic community. Tell us about anything that strikes you, as a Catholic, as particularly interesting or important.
To send a story idea, simply call, e-mail or send a letter to us here at the Catholic Anchor. If we agree the idea has merit and we have the ability to cover it, we’ll assign one of our professional reporters. Also, feel free to send any particularly good photos that help tell our Catholic story and we’ll consider publishing them.
